Cannot finish download???

Hi there, I am trying to download The Darkest Dawn, using Chrome's Download manager, it reaches 100% but continues to download? So far I have downloaded 4.81gb out of 3.32gb's? And still it continues to download? this is like the thrid time I have tried to download this and same result each time? No other download has done this using the download manager? What could be the problem?
Who is General Failure and why is he reading my hard disk?

I downloaded it from a torrent during the original release and I didn't keep the installer so I don't believe I can help you out.  Maybe if you posted in the WCS forums someone there could help out?

Trying the torrent but it seems there are not enough regular seeders, so is taking an age! Haven't seen any mirrors and I can't see firefox being any different to chrome?

Just finished regrabbing the .zip via torrent, it took me couple of hours with an average dl speed of 550 kb/s. I'll be seeding it as much as I can from now on :)
