Partial wings are some of the greatest things in BTech.   Anything that can help an assault 'Mech hit a +4 TMM is to be respected and feared. (100 ton 4/6/7 is actually possible.  And terrifying.)

Welp. I just saw the power of an airbourne deck in Wargame. Was building up our units when 20-30+ Hind's along with a bunch of infantry just Zerg rush us.
We won still, but holy **** at the end he just rushed us with transport choppers full of infantry ontop of our base as the game ended.

Finding it hard to get into Borderlands after having started with 2.  So far exactly like 2, just (much) less polished.  Something about it is giving me borderline motion sickness.  I am not prone to such things at all.  I think it's the head bob.  Why it is not able to be turned off in EVERY game it's used in is a mystery to me.  Even if it didn't make me dizzy, it just plain looks bad.

And here I was thinking the two Pretas that one player always brought to the campaign we ran a couple years back were annoying.
Not that I wasn't annoying, my Owens, Ajax combo got my opponents to start trying wild things to try and break.  (Owens isn't the best omni, but damn can it move and my insane tactics had it voted MVP a couple times, and the Ajax has taken multiple turns of alphastrikes, so one opponent responded by starting to bring Inferno IVs to the table)

Anyways, had a moment in EvE today.  Was scanning wormholes using tripwire to keep track of them, when I entered one of the systems all of a sudden the chainmap exploded because I connected to a system off Thera

So I got around to play Defenders Quest. The game threw me off wit everything I saw before I played it, but now I can't stop. Finished in 8 hours or so, and I soo will make newgame+ of this.

Does anybody have a 3DS friend code they'd like to throw my way? More friends mean more diverse safaris, even if you don't have a pokegame yourself.

It's basically like your Steam Profile, but is the only way to add a contact to play against online. There are random games you can play against random people, but to see a specific person, they need to be on your contacts list, and to do that, you need the friend code.

Annnnd, after you become the champion, you can do "friend safaris" which are the only place to get certain pokemon. Also, friends' pokemon can show up in battle maison battles.

I have started The Witcher (yes, the first one), but am still playing XCOM as well working on the last four achievements (Shooting Stars, No Looking Back, Continental Fellow, Our Finest Hour). Doing a Classic+Ironman run.  I hate Ironman, so, so much. Maybe that makes me a wimp. Maybe that makes me a scummer. Frankly, I do not care - I don't mind irreversible decision making in games where losing part way through does not set you back dozens of hours of gameplay. I, however, have a life, wife, and small kids.

This'll be 3 XCOM:EW games in a row, so after this one I think I'll put it aside for a while, or maybe do my last two runs in Enemy Unknown just to see what the base game was like.

Play Wings of Dawn. It'll take you four hours and it's doing a bunch of stuff you've never seen in FreeSpace before like a home ship you can walk around and talk to people.
