Old Orion Painting I made a few years ago

I don't have a pic at the moment, but I did make a painting of a Hatshepsut a few weeks ago!

That's a beautiful piece! I love the way the colors blend together and the way you captured the details of the ship. It's always so satisfying to come across pieces of art that we've made and see how far we've come in our skills. I used to love doing paint by numbers when I was younger because it helped me improve my ability to work with color and also helped me learn to control my hand movements better. It's always great to try out different art mediums and techniques to see what works best for us and to continue learning and growing as artists.

Aww, Thank You!!!

For some reason it reminds me of the paintings of old starships you would see on the walls of the captain's ready room in the various Star Trek series. Maybe in a campaign with the commander of a new GTVA destroyer giving a briefing, you could have this on their desk or office wall.

So how's the technique since you painted this.? I'd be keen to see a comparison.
