After watching the endscene for the n-th time, I had an idea for the voice acting. Something like this

Masyaf Comms Officer: (First line) - Is Noemi Laporte onboard?
Captain Al-da'wa: We are not here simply to rescue you. We are not Fleet. We are Fedayeen...And we are here for her.

That's just the way the scene struck me as being if it were Live Action or Anime - Initiall contact is by Masyaf's comms officer up untill he asks after Noemi. Then for the final three lines, captain Al Da Wa takes over.
If this idea is used, then I think both characters should be by the same guy doing different voices - like Scott McNiel did in stargate.
