Fix radar orb rendering (It was using the incorrect rotation matrix). Also enable alpha blending on the orb axes.

Render the lens flare even if the parent sun is off screen as some lens flares are much larger than their parent star and they magically disappear as soon as the center of the star leaves the FOV.

Does this mean we can now have missiles that look like blobs/lasers?
Edit: oops, meant to reply to the Windows version, but my question is the same.
