error creating pilot file

I reinstalled TBP with zathras, when i start the game at the pilot creation screen it tells me i cant make a pilot due to lack of disk space, theres 200GB free on the drive, i also checked if the folders were read only, cant figure out whats wrong

The E:
Go to the data folder in the TBP directory. There, you should find a "players" directory (if not, create one). Inside that, create a "multi" and a "single" folder (if they don't exist). In each of those, create a folder called "inferno".
You should now be able to create a pilot.
