Do you play Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, or Counter-Strike: Source?  I play Counter-Strike at school through my external drive (LAN parties at school after programming class!) and Counter-Strike: Source at home, with my best Kill-Death ratio being a 2.33.

What about you guys?

Well, I compared CS1.6 to CS: Source last night.... CS1.6 will make you soft compared to CS:S.  If you're good at CS:S, you'll beat the **** out of everyone in CS1.6.

de_dust2 is the most popular CS: Source map, no one ever plays de_dust anymore.

I practice on cs_assault all the time and get my ass kicked.

Damned straight...

I play, but only with friends and a horde of armed bots. I'd won't say any more than that (historical). I don't go for frags; having fun shooting things up with the occasional collateral damage is enough.

That said even nowadays with arcade games there are still people who are assholes despite you knowing their identity...

Use to play some of the earlier versions casually when it was still fairly new. Would get about 4 kills per 10 deaths lol. I generally prefered the likes of Unreal Tornament.
