Title: PCS 2.1 ?

Hello,

can somebody tell me where i can find a executable for pcs 2.1 ?

I have found the git archive (https://github.com/scp-fs2open/PCS2) but i have no idea how i can compile that.

I search the forum and the wiki but most of the time i found old links that not longer exists but no description where i can get the exe or how i compile it.

It would be nice if somebody can help me with this.

Development and maintenance on PCS2 is irregular, but isn't quite stagnent. You can track progress on it here: Contributors to scp-fs2open/PCS2 (https://github.com/scp-fs2open/PCS2/graphs/contributors)

As far as I am aware, there is not a dedicated team for PCS2. However, since the repository had been consoladated under the SCP organization on github, any SCP member may be able to review and service pull requests. Since PCS2 is open source, anybody can fork the code and submit a pull request.

Compilation of PCS2 involves using Cmake to generate the project files for the supported IDE's. The build process is very similar to what's done for FSO (https://github.com/scp-fs2open/fs2open.github.com/wiki/Building).


Do you still have to purge BSP cache before saving the model?

Sadly, I am unaware of any changes that addresses that issue. If you find out on your, would you please let us know? Thanks in advance. :)

To answer your question Karajorma, no collision, you fly right through the model.

And it's like some ship with no collision flag set in FRED. That's wierd.
