Depends on your definition of alive- most used modding tool yes of course, updates ewwww....

heh, yeah.  I got hid hard by the Overjustification Principle once I got a job coding.  killed all my pleasure projects, so I get it.

GitHub says the last update was on 29 Mar 2017, so quite some time ago though as nobody feeling responsible for it though; but still it's a beautiful and working tool so there wouldn't be much to add anyway. :)
