I like the way you think, and I might have chosen Admiral Gar Tallanis in another game.  But no, the Vasudan I'm thinking of does not appear in any short stories published by Interplay.

(I worry that my answer here may have been misleading.  The answer to MitoPL's question is only yes due to a technicality.)
