that's becuase it IS a brick someone taped onto the side of a bad@$$ ship! This brick just so happens to have a giant death ray poking out of one end

BTW, did anyone notice that issue where in the targeting box, and when far away from the Icanus in game, the "brick" part of the ship (the BIG GUN) would become invisible.

That's because the cannon isn't in the lower lods. It is in this version.

Maybe you can cut this giant cannon and made a a giant sentry gun like Mjolnir :devil:

Would make more sense, a one of these babies and some standard mjolinirs with dedicated carrier/cruiser support would be nearly unbeatable.

simply point it at the nearest jump node.

anything that -tries- to come through is toat.

btw, i just saw that green-black hole thingy weapon of the icanus in action against the gigas.

i put em against each other in a fred mission and the Icanus owned the Gigas like:
Gigas dead: icanus 55%.
Gigas junjk hit Icanus -> 20% or something, awful lot of damage
