Title: Transparent Missionaries?

I love Blue Planet so far; I've just destroyed the Lucifer towards the last few missions, but I've been having weird experiences with Missionary textures. In the ship selection and in missions, they have near-transparent textures, and you can only make out their outlines. Occasionally, they've been normal, but I find they get a little wonky. Once they showed up in Shivan colors. Everything else works just fine and the rest of the Vishnan ships aren't having any problems.
