I got it off the FTP...

And I have to say this.

SYESASDGF;AS someone knows what's wrong.

I'll try redownloading. Can you tell me which one is corrupted?

While you're at it, the latest version of the launcher is in the FSOpen files section, right?

root_fs2.vp is where the tables are. size = ~6MB
sparky_fs2.vp is where the models and a bunch of game data is. size = ~250MB.

i'd suggest the smaller one first

. it looks like bad tables anyway

All of my .vp's have fs2_ at the end of them. Like sparky_fs2.vp and root_fs2.vp.

There's a list of the names in my FAQ. Most people don't remember the names exactly so when hippo says root.vp he probably means root_fs2.vp.

Fixed. Karajorma's FAQ had a link to a copy of ships.tbl.
