****, I can't stand it. I'm going to backseat moderate. Bite me.
I won't, since you're right in this case. :p Ratu, just for future reference, try to avoid quoting multiple already-posted images in your posts.  All it does is make the page taller and take longer to load.
My appologies, I should have know better lol. I'm a mod on other sites and have this problem a lot. It won't happen again  :)

You should be more interested in his graphics settings.
Using Herra Tohtori's from the Wiki page. Running full-on, except for env mapping.

Is that Vasudan turret a new addition?
It is, on the HTL Aten included in the latest MVPs. And it looks even better from other angles :)

No, that is NOT a Photoshop edit. There IS a SpaceHunk in the mission!

That's ... diverse...

..."hahaha"? :wtf:

Mind you, they've been arguing for one and a half minutes.

A vote? While doing a patrol of a Knossos? Oh, and look at what the Ptolemy said.

I wonder what the Tut was saying...

All that voting ... for nothing!

My eyes are bleeding, not crying. Another thing worth noting is that Head1 was used, depicting a very young man.

From the campaign under discussion. Unfortunately, I've lost the one with a Demon getting nailed by about 8 Mjolnirs and a couple of GTVA destroyers firing BFReds....

Re: A celebration of Freespace
That is the nature of Derp. I'm simply presenting a representation of the thread itself. You see we are sonic, basking in the radiant glory of the Ursa, which represents the SCP and FSU projects. MediaVPS etc.

Radiant glory? The Ursa still doesn't have normal maps so its glory is way low in comparison to other ships. :P

It most probably is, but in my books, it isn't simply because it's so stupid.

Re: A celebration of Freespace
A bit dark...

What kind of light settings are you using? Castor's? :wtf:

Yeesh, didn't realize the lighting would cause such a stir. Guess I forgot what thread I was in. :p

Anyway, pretty sure that one was with:
-no_emissive_light -ambient_factor 35 -ogl_spec 80 -spec_exp 15 -spec_point 0.7 -spec_static 0.9 -spec_tube 0.8

Although I have since adjusted the ogl-spec to 40. I might try increasing the point/static/tube values a bit higher at some point too, but I'm not sure that would make a worthwhile difference. I've got better things to do than tweak lighting settings all day. :D
