NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL, GO TO THE TAB WHERE YOU PUT PROGRAM SETTINGS.


nVidia cpanel -> manage 3d settings -> program settings -> add, select the build which you want to use, Antialiasing mode: Override any application setting, and depending on the beefiness of your gpu, put it anywhere between 2x and 8xQ. 16x is useless, thanks to this being FSAA. aka, every pixel thats rendered gets antialiased. have fun.

  What did you do to the shinemaps? They didn't look like that when I first made that skin for Wings.

It does count, what pecenipicek is saying is true if you set the antialiasing to override you get a better looking shapes on the model but only when not running with post-processing.

I guess bloom effect nullifies the antialiasing somehow, so activating this feature with bloom at the same time is not a good idea.

it also affects normal mapping but not to such a degree as models, since it antialiases the whole frame iirc. also, i wondered why stuff was horribly aliased with bloom on XD

as for bloom negating AA, i think it has to do something with the way its usually implemented. or some... unusual optimisations on the gpu vendors side

Then I'm not sure, might want to look in google to see if something needs to be changed about the Manager, I for one have found no custom option to ask for saving changes, so I guess it's a default in my case.
