As I recall, it wasn't Nuclear, but Nuke who made it, you're both a pilot and a gunner and yes, it exists and is playable, but I don't know on which build.
I don't know where to find it, but it was called cockpit demo, as the new cockpit features were it's main focus.
Nuke is actually working on a newer version, which is unreleased.
