September's theme is _{"the little guys"}. I want to see just the smaller ships, fighters, bombers, transports. Nothing with any "capital ships" or large stations!

The rules are:

1: No HUD! (Jump nodes ok though!)
2: Images must be presented as they would be as seen with only the FSO engine rendering the image. So that means no after the fact photoshopping (except for cropping), and no external shader programs (reshade and the like).
3: Max 3 entries per person!

This month's theme was "the little guys", for an emphisis on fighters, bombers, transports and other smaller ships.

And this month's winner is... tomimaki's screenshot of the real heroes, fighters escorting escape pods (possibly from everyone's favorite early FS1 mission!)



Honorable shoutout goes to Darius for his very cool an very striking shot of a ship against a sliver of a planet. I think in a free month, that might be a winner, but it didn't really capture this month's theme of "the little guys". It's possible that the ship could be small but its hard to tell like that. Still really cool though!
