Early version of the Fenris?

Thats the Ticonderaga if im not wrong. Its a destroyer (or Corvette) based on the Fenris I think, was released quite a while back.
Damn. I really, really need to learn how to Render stuff in TS....

It's must be the predecessor of the Fenris.

Yeah, the foreground ship is the Ticonderoga. Unfortunately for us, Hamano released it publicly, so it's not exclusively ours anymore. :(
The background ship is new, though. Something aldo made for us. ;)

I'm guessing (since I never did any background on the ship) that was the cruiser they used before splitting it into two smaller vessels (Fenris and Leviathan) ?

But they don't work as kamikaze's all the time. They're much scarier when there's a 50:1 ratio of Anubis' vs. Apollos.

Well, that's because the Apollo is teh lame.

The Anubis' main strenght is its cheapness. You can encounter them in mass quantities. The Anubis is the TIE Fighter for FreeSpace.

Let's add to the fact that neither side is shielded, and things get much, much nastier for the hapless Apollo wing that finds itself in swarm conditions.

I would rather be curious what the another ship is. Looks like to be a reskinned Poseidon.

some sort carrier maybe, in odd ways from that shot it's looks like
Terrans first version of Deimos heh, of course it's not I think.

Just out of curiosity, wich prog did the author used to render that scene? Or is it an in-game shot? It looks like a million bucks!!

I'm using Lightwave. If you want to see the actual animation, search for "cutscene" or something similar on internal.

I think they got cleared out of the ftp by Setekh's request. They took too much space ;)
I'm going to re-render the cutscenes final versions at some point (soon, I hope) with a few new lightning tricks I've learned. You'll get to see them after that :nod:

They are all there. I found them. Saw a few cutscenes, without sound. Try a search in the private section. Or better yet, hold on. I´ll get it for you. Look at your messages for the link. I don´t want to tell secrets here! :D
There are others, i think. Just make that search, and be sure to apply it only to the TVWP proivate forum, otherwise you get a ton of threads to look at.
