I've created the Outlaw star in truespace cob file but when i try to put it in the models folder and use it in fred2 it doesnt show and gives me an error and closes out the program.  Can anyone help me?  If anyone wants to help i can email you the cob file and see what i'm doing wrong.

FS2 doesn't read cob files, it reads pof files.

Sorry I wansn't more detailed on what I did wrong.  I converted the cob to pof and I followed the model tutoral you know the one where you try to make a cargo container.  But even when I tried that I couldn't get the cargo container to even show up in fred2.  I think that may be a better explanation.  Sorry about the 1st one.

Did you run it through FSMM? You need to do that or it'll crash FRED
