Enable ETS for bolitho/battlestar command?

I'm sorry I haven't given this more than a cursory hunt before asking the forums - any way to switch ETS back on on a per ship basis? I didn't see a global option in AIP or ships.tbl.

I can't speak for ship parameters, but I do know that we don't have entries in hud_gauges.tbl for the ETS gauges

Why would we want ETS anyway?

General Battuta:
I generally like to couple the warship's gun energy levels to turret ROF, but honestly, this might not make sense for the BSG universe anyway. I can totally continue without it, but since I already had the SEXPs for turret ROF adjustment in place I figured I'd ask.
