Hey,
I've been trying to add some docking points for fighters to the upgraded Rahu-model, as I want to use it in a stealth mission (basically so the player can tell just how things will turn out if stealth is broken), however once I add the Rahu in FRED the locations for the dock points are off from where they are supposed to be.

Anyone know why?

Not sure if it's the cause but the Rahus model is located at 0.0:-2.122785:25.786194 maybe FS2 or FRED does something wrong there.

Not sure why exactly it would do that. I guess I'd have to re-export it so there's no position adjustment to detail0...

Well you can fix everything in PCS, no need to reimport things.
