Hokay, so I finally got around to finishing up TC2 to go with BrotherBryon's HTL Poseidon (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=75478.0) I textured ages ago. This mesh is based off of ION3's mesh (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=70904.0).
The texture isn't completely finished.. but I figured I would post something before I get some sleep.
Now as to the Poll. Given that we've already differentiated Fenris/Levi and Cain/Lilith pairs, I was thinking that it would be nice to give TSC2 a slight visual difference from TC2. I have a few ideas, but I wanted to see what you guys thought. Also, I'd rather not alter the mesh because I'm lazy and this one is already UV'd, LOD'd and has Debris.

looking sweet! . As for to difference it how about giving it different coloured glows, it would be nice and easy and you can identify it instantly.

I voted "some mix of the above", 'cause I'm all fine with whatever mix of glow color, hull or stripe difference you want to come with.

Agreed here. I think it should be analogical to Fenris and Leviathan. A bit darker and with blue glows.

Shouldn't it has like additional armor on it? the darker metal is closest to it but it still feels cheap :P

This can be done with textures with no additional cost.

I am voting for general adjustment of the textures going for a subtle difference, change of grey tone, different glow colour (as seen with the HTL Fenris/Leviathan), that sort of thing, beyond that it should stay identical, certainly no mesh changes.

I've voted for "Some mix of the above" 'cause I'd like a different glow color and darker metal, Fenris/Leviathan style. You can leave the straps as they are.

I voted Colored glows, Easy, fast and a no brainer to distinguish between the different types. Good example of KISS.

Small nitpick: is it just me, or do the baked glows not match up with the lights that cast them? The glows seem a little too wide where they meet up with the lights.
Thinking along the exact same lines here.
