Diaspora apparently broke Knossos

I installed Diaspora and tried it a  bit, after I quit none of the other mods would launch, only Diaspora.
I tried uninstalling Diaspora but the problem was still there, uninstalling knossos and reinstalling didn't solve the issue.
Do I need to re-download everything?


EDIT

Nevermind, apparently it was because I had a gamepad plugged in beside the HOTAS. That I tried Diaspora was probably coincidence.
