Don't capitalise after ellipses, especially when it only indicates a pause in a sentence. Flows much better.

Yup, after the last couple of months I've spent performing a mass editing of all of Exile's text, I can hereby not only say truthfully, but can also offer a sworn testimonial to the effect that Nyctaeus really...really...REALLY...LOVES...ELLIPSES....

But italics and ALL CAPS are more my thing. To each their own. :drevil: :lol: :p :D
