Title: No 3D Depature Warp

I've been doing a lot of work with TBP while attempting to updating ITB, and I've noticed a bug with hyperspace jumps.  The arrival warps, with the blue effect, uses the elongated cone to match the warp effect from the show, but the departure warp won't.  The orange warp, which is supposed to be for departures, won't use the elongated cone.  It only uses a very shallow but wide cone for the effect.  I've tried to modify the fireball.tbl file and add the line to specify the model file, but it doesn't make any difference.  Be advised that in order to get the different warp, TBP classifies the warp-out effect as Knossos effect, though I'm not sure where in the tables it tells the game to use the 'Knossos' effect for all ship warpouts.

So should this be included in the Knossos release? Can you do that or should I upload another version?

The fix should be in FSO and not need any changes to TBP.  Any Nightly from the past week should have it.
