Strange AI behavior

Hey there,

I am using the Freespace 2 source code project with all the new graphics, launcher etc. and replaying the campaign.

But there seem to be some strange issues. Like in the mission where the collossus engages that Orion Destroyer , the colossus does not fire a single shot with its beam cannons. There was another mission with 2 allied warships that fight a cain class cruiser and the cain did much more damage to the allied Orion then vice versa. So why do allied warships not fire their weapons correctly? Is this intended or may I have a bug?

And in general a question: Is it normal that shivans fire like mashine guns ?

On the other hand the graphics is sooo nice, so thanks a lot for that

Can you provide a bit more detail? Which mission you were playing, which mods you were using, stuff like that?
