I'm actually here to ask about how modders might want to use select tracks made by composers like Daniel Wentz or Frank Klepacki for use in their mods. How do you go about requesting permission from them? I know it's important to be polite, but besides the usual conventions of pleasantries and non-commercial use, what else do you need to state in your request?
I'm in the midst of making a non-FS2 mod of my own, and I'd like to approach Mr Wentz on the use of some tracks from the FS universe.
Just want to know how one ought to approach this. Thanks!
