New orange & red interface for any campaign

RizZen made an new color pallete for Prometheus. It can be combined with any other campaign too, including support of LosTech modification, i.e. using it instead of it's green colors. Some buttons / backgrounds in main menu may require additional rework, but total picture is just fine.
