Need Help: Direct IP not working

Hello, Trying to get Direct IP to work with some friends. We had it work one time, but it hasn't worked since, and we both have changed nothing. Broadcast local is off, and I checked firewalls to make sure Freespace was allowed. Advice?

Probably missing external IP. It means your computer is not visible from internet.

You can try to install program like ZeroTier and then use IP generated by this program. You should see each other without any issue. If it doesn't work then in means its some kind of PC or router firewall.
