Is it a continuation of the Modern Warfare storyline or something different?

I have difficulty justifying any game that costs $60.
I don't pay more then $30 for a game is what I'm saying. I can't throw money at stuff like that. Which is why I'm not even going to consider this because I can't pay for it. That's not to say I don't have money, I have ~$400 saved up. It's just I can't pay for stuff like that.
I suppose this is the plight of people who don't pay for their own food.
When you are all grown up and have a job you'll find that the cost of any given game pales in comparison to what you'll spend weekly on necessities. Incomes are wonderful things, especially lucrative incomes secured by charisma and genius.
Don't get me wrong, I'm going to wait for the price to come down too - games are luxury purchases - but they're not exactly crippling.
By the way, get Steam - Steam sales are the #1 way to get games for absurdly low prices even close to release.

Played for a few minutes, there was a demo at the store on a big screen

Is it that hard to ask Infinity Ward and Treyarch to have more challenging enemies instead of just more enemies? I guess it's pretty difficult to withstanding a downpour of bullets from enemies who magically know where I always am but who the hell thinks this is fun? There's no room to maneuver and your enemies don't do anything than just stand there shooting relentlessly.I agree, it's been this way since CoD4 as I recall. The hostile AI sucks and the friendly AI sucks even worse.
I wish for the next Call of Duty, Activision will just tell Infinity Ward to focus on multiplayer while they give the singleplayer component to a developer that actually knows how to do singleplayer combat well. Maybe they can put their recently forged partnership with Bungie to use.
Black Ops has convinced me that Infinity Ward needs to have Treyarch teach them how to make a sequel.
Is it just meNo
I dunno, I could play it fine maxed out on this outdated laptop.

Vanquish? But that's already out... what sliding-while-shooting game?
