I was wondering how many campaigns were actually set during the events of FS2, rather than beginning afterwards.  I know Aeos Affair is, but I don't know any others.

  Losses, part of the R2NT series, is placed in the FS2 campaign period.

i cant think of any campaigns, but there are a very large number of missions

The Aeos Affair is set during the FS2 campaign.  The event's in this campaign occur after the launch of the Colussus but before it's destruction.
