talk to Su-Teph(sp?) about  that, he came up with fleet sizes, and for a Shivan fleet especially, thats rather small.

Yeah I spoke with him about that; his guidelines look good to me, except that I think two destroyers per fleet is more feasible, at least for GTVA fleets. You never really hear about more than one or two destroyers in each system, and they are designed more as command centers for the fleet than warships; the corvettes the ones made to dish out the damage. Don't know about Shivan fleets, though.
