VKB Gladiator HOSAS

Recently got a VKB setup, Gladiator Stick and Omni throttle and I am curious how to get this working so I can have a true 6DOF experience.

Let me know as I think the solutions mentioned would mean that the axis for the throttle would be treated as ON or OFF. not proportional.
