Title: Capships unable to use submunitions?

Hello,

I'm noticing that in the newer builds AI seems to have trouble using Infyrno-like weapons on capship turrets, especially against other capships.

I tried a simple setup with 2 scenarios:

1) a Fenris-class attacking an Arcadia and replacing the fusion mortar with Infyrno
2) same as before but keeping the fusion mortar and adding to it the "Spawn Cluster Bomb Baby, 14" flag

In both cases the Fenris stopped using its turret.

Is this by design or am I missing something?
