anyone heard about that new game from Disney, based in the pirates of the carribean movies? i'm gonna ask my dad about it when he gets home. it looks pretty kool. its at: www.PiratesOnline.com

1) IMHO, Disney has been stupid for the past few years. Coincidently, I'm 15 years old.

2) IMHO, POtC is one of the stupidest fads I have ever came across.

IIRC, I once saw a pre-release screenshot of the game. Holy ****, I saw a mountain with like 6 polygons!
You'll need atleast 4 MB of VRAM to run it, beware!

Apparently I'm among the few people whose first association with a Pirates game is Sid Meier's original.

Anyone here played Sea Dogs (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/rpg/seadogs/index.html?tag=result;title;0)? It's a pirate ship game, and it's pretty cool.

I actually got it twice by accident, since it was re-released as 'Pirates of the Caribbean' after the release of the film. It's ok, but for all the shiny graphics, still doesn't match up to Pirates! Gold for some reason.
