FSOpen Crashes on Startup if Joystick Connected
I recently reinstalled FS2 after a while, downloaded FSOpen, mediavps, etc. and everything started and ran fine, till I pulled my joystick out of storage and plugged it in. With it connected I get an immediate crash on startup before the opening cutscene loads. Shows up as an application error in the event logs. When I remove it, game starts fine. Doesn't matter if I select the joystick as an input in the launcher or not.

Disabling the MediaVPs changes nothing. The vanilla FS2 exe won't start either way. Manually downloading and installing joystick drivers had no effect. Any ideas?

GOG version was used for install
FSOpen exe was fs2_open_19_0_0_RC1_x64_AVX (also tried the SSE2 version)
Joystick is a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro

Basic computer specs:
Ryzen 2700X
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
MSI Geforce 1070 Gaming X
MSI B450 Pro Carbon AC

The latest nightly build appears to have fixed the issue.
