Umm... Voice acting quality?
I really don't know whats the quality of the audio you are looking for for voice acting...
Could you guys listen and tell me if this is awful, bad, OK or good? or on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst and 10 the best.

5/10
Audio quality is rather poor (too close to the mic?) and the line doesn't sound natural

Too close to the mic, i sort of agree, not entirely sure how close should "close" be.

It isnt natural, i was playing with my voice to see how high/emotional/unemotinal/low it could get.

Personally, the C in 'contacts' seemed a little off, is it a sort of accent?
also i'd say its a little low pitched.
still not BAD, i totally respect you trying this, if i had a mic that didn't SUCK, and I had commitment, then i would totally give it a shot.

Re: Umm... Voice acting quality?
Even a cheap external mic can generate semi-decent results if you take care when using it.  Just keep it away from your mouth and adjust the volume levels accordingly, and you'd be surprised what you're able to do.

Quiet input is fine, since it can always be amplified.
