Since Ulala won't be here right away, I guess I'll host. Should I use the tracker or do a direct IP game? I've had better luck with the latter in the past, but the tracker is more convenient when it works.

Meh, try the tracker, and if it doesn't work then use the UDP/IP.

Eh, I'm not picky. I just want a chance to kill (and be killed by) real people in Descent. Whichever one you're more comfortable with, I guess.

I don't know what's going on here, but it seems like only one person can join at a time. The next person seems to have issues getting in. I'm going to try joining my own game off other computers and determine whether it's a problem with my connection or the game.

It comes with D2 Vertigo and should be included in one of the D2 downloads here.

I just noticed somthing, there's a "stable release" link off of the D2-XL website, not right now, next time we should use that.
