Currently working on a free DLC for Starpoint Gemini, here are some concepts so far;

What is Starpoint Gemini? >_>

It's a game that came out recently on Desura - you play as a starship captain in a sort of overhead third-person view. It's a lot like an open-world RPG except your character is your spaceship.

To be honest the game itself is in a bit of a rough state - I couldn't bring myself to play through very much of it. I thought the concept was interesting enough to volunteer to help, though.

What's the size of that thing, UT?

The drone? About as big as an F-15. The station is massive - that's about the only "size" there is for it. The ship in the first pictures carries about 40-100 people

The blocks are engines that rotate axially for increased maneuverability.

Pretty much, yea. I thought they had a really cool game design idea, like the passion was there, but the direction wasn't. I had some free time available and volunteered to share some of the work I had done recently with them, to see if they liked it. They did (which was a pretty cool feeling, I gotta say ). Beyond that, it's cool to be working with a studio in Croatia.

Liking the look so far, some of those remind me of the UAVs like the Predator.
