Name change request

Hello,

I'd like my username changed to Kon.

I don't change names frequently. As you can see, it's a slight spelling change and dropping of a defunct tag. Otherwise, I've been using the same name since 2002.

edit: Removed quotation marks and added underlining so programmers won't get confused.
