This can mean whatever you want it to mean because missions (depending on motivation) can take any number of days/weeks/months to finish...

We have 11/17 missions playable from beginning to end. 5/11 are well tested and will likely only get small tweaks, if anything, from here on out. 3/6 remaining missions are in active development.

We aren't waiting on models or code features (though, I have some requested that I'd really like *hint* *hint*). Finish the missions, test them. Release.
