Linux command-line VP file tool

Hey folks,

I realize that there are a lot of tools out there for messing with .vp files. However, I'm on Linux, and most of the tools I found are Windows-based. I also prefer the command line, so I thought I would create a command line tool for people like me (or maybe it's just for me...).

This is my first release so I'd love feedback; feel free to either open an issue on GitHub or leave a reply here if you try it! I really hope somebody finds it helpful, but either way it was a fun project and I enjoyed doing it!
