New Intelligence entry not showing?

Hi there,

first of all, this is a tremendous piece of story telling in the Freespace Universe. Really appreciate your work.  :yes:

Now for my question:

After playing Mission 4 in Act2 ("What binds us") there should be a new intelligence entry in the Tec Room (as stated in the campaign walktrough http://wiki.hard-light.net/index.php/What_Binds_Us)

But for me there is nothing new showing up when I went to that section from the briefing screen of the next mission. Do I have to wait more missions until its unlocked or is it a bug?
