Hmm, while I'm no master judge (actually I have no right even trying) on renders, there's a serious "It's flat and in your face" kinda sensation that I get.  Is there some way you can cut down on the "shininess" of the fighters' hulls?  And I personally don't like anything that close unless it's a capship.  Plus it's empty in the top-right; the fighters need a destination, don't they?  Might put a distant fight going on over there (memories of FS2 opening cutscene surge through brain).

Anyways, that's just me.  Other than that, it seems okay.  Maybe I should take time out to figure out how to do renders myself...

Valid point. Alot of the reason for the close up is I'm having problems getting decent looking thrusters...so I don't want fighters "coasting' across space  

And the shininess can be easily dealt with...I just set PS4 a little higher this time on the lens flare since I had the sun fairly close.


But thanks for the critisium   It gives me a better prespictive of what I need to work on.
