That's how it's supposed to look.  :)
Not exactly Raynor ,but it's made from battlecruiser hulk left from some battle ,or stolen from retiring convoy.
Pirates often do such things ,while fighters end up as uglies, bigger ships are rebuilt and have their equipment replaced ,while keeping overall shape and gun placement. I have no name for this ship, nor the name for it's precedessor ,they both use Raynor model ,and "original" have black textures with blue glows (left top one).
I like Raynor model at all ,and because of seeing no-htl version on the vast majority of mods I made some reskins ( for example colonial battlecruiser for battlecruiser Archangel mod ). Those from picture I made just for fun ,only black-blue is used in my TC.

Agreed, i also like the one in the bottom left corner.
