CoW2 Revamp Voice Acting Call

Just because you haven't seen anything happening doesn't mean that nothing has been happening.

With the addition of 4 missions, CoW2, which was fully acted needs to have some voices added.  All parts are small as the people who did voice acting for the major players have already been contacted and recast.

Mostly from 1 line to 4 lines, each part will have to be played by someone different as they take place in the same missions.
