I am having a problem with all my mods, i installed the new media vp update that appeared yesterday, now when i try an run anything i keep getting this error "no executable was found" or "mod name requires FSO which is missing!"

I can't seem to stop getting these errors

Are you on the Nightlies-release channel?

The MVPs 4.3.3 has its FSO dependency set to one for more recent builds.

To start with all the in the FSO settings each mod is set the "mod Default" but when i change the exe, it still refuses to launch i just keep getting "no executable was found" no matter what release i try and run. It was working fine 2 days ago but the latest update to the Freespace Upgrade media vps 4.3.3 seems to be cause. Since doing that update nothing works evens mods that like solaris or TBP which don't use the media VPs are giving me the same errors.

Ok i seem to have got them working, I have had to go through all the mods etc in knossos and go into the modify tab, deselect the FSO exe and then reselect and install them and that seems to fix the problem. Question is why is it everytime there is a mediaVP update i am having this issue where all mods and TCs wont work and pretty much have to be reinstalled?
