You're stuck on pseudo-canon informations which can only limit negatively the originality of a campaign or discussion.

The technological level of the Ancients has almost no importance in FS1. The presence of multiple jump nodes in Sol has importance. put just one node in FS2 without telling the fans why they did it. At this point, I don't know why you should trust infos about the Ancients.

The info you wrote is "canon", not canon.

What I am saying is, canonically.

FreeSpace 1 < FreeSpace 2.

I agree with this. It is directly inferred in FS2 that Sol had only ONE jump node. However, it is not directly stated that the Ancients had super juggernauts.

FS1 information is still canon unless it has been overruled directly by FreeSpace 2 information.

In fact, the existence of multiple Sol Jump Nodes is overruled even in FreeSpace 1 itself. FreeSpace 2 doesn't even need to come into the equation for the argument of multiple Sol Jump Nodes to be rendered m00t.
