Title: We need Beta Testers

Hey everyone,

We're reaching the stage when we'll be needing beta testers.  Testing everything from the mods, the tables, and the missions.  This will be a fairly intensive beta test and we'll need some serious help.

So with that in mind, if you have some interest in beta testing, please send me a Private Message through the forum.

1) Best E-mail contact (make sure this is here - it'll be easier to make up contact lists this way)
2) Any previous experience in MOD work or test work for FreeSpace projects
3) Why you would be best suited to help out
4) When you are available and for how long (i.e. when September arrives you become a hermit)

We need people to be trustworthy and available for testing when required.  This is not a request for people to sign up to play the campaign first.  Its got some serious bugs and we need people to help us work them out.

Also, you may not get a response for upwards of 2 weeks.  Bear with us as we go about getting things ready for testing.

How is your Beta testing procedure?

I'd love to help (I have a knack for being The Bastard That Found Yet Another F'ing Bug!! :D), but my availability time is rather erratic of late...

Count me in too... can contact me at [email protected] or [email protected]...

I was on the FSSCP tester list for about 6 months... also helped in a few Rainbow Six mods a long time ago as Beta Tester.

Hardware wise... that's not a prob... can use all the features of FSSCP. Also, I'm available from now till when it is done... got lots of free time, even with my full-time and part-time job...

Why: I'm very meticulous, precise and can give very good, concise, easy to understand reports... In either French or English... ;):ha:

no way am i gonna play beta, last thing i want to do is ruin the storyline with a crash!

There's a purist if I ever saw one. ;) I can't help but be excited, though, that this great campaign is reaching beta stage. :)

Ok guys...thanks for the submissions.  I think we're going to take about 10 of the submissions and take you guys in for a first round and then draw the rest of the list as we close in on being finished.

There's a bunch of things we need to do internally before we release it to you guys.  So standby for further details and thanks for the enthusiasm.

heh sorry Raa. Its just that i've had an insane amount of work to do with well...work and prepping for my next semester at my new school of visual arts :D
I finally got accepted, got my schedule, got my loan(a painful 11k!), now next in line is supplies which i hope to get sometime this week. Then i gotta show up for orientation, demand a raise at work or quit and find a better one. Umm lets see, that about covers it!
Consequently I've become administrator on a game server to help out kicking the mentally ill or the like.
Started a forum for an upcoming mmorpg so that will unfortunately probably force me to look for a new host since i have my father hosting it at the moment and his bandwidth is limited. Then i gotta pay for it, moderate it, update it, design it and god knows what else.

So umm, just been crazy busy, however, you can bet when this baby BWO comes out I'm going to make time for it!
