Title: Who was doing XWA OPT to FS2 POF work?

I vaguely remember something about a conversion of Dunari's Casino or some other space platform...I was going to give it a try myself, but I'm not sure exactly what I'll need, or how to do it.  Will whoever it was refresh my memory?
